Described at length
A press for a small publisher
The publisher printed eight titles a year and redrew the covers each time. The commission produced a wordmark, a type system with two families, a cover grid and the production files, plus a morning of teaching so the work could continue without the studio.
A catalogue for a ceramics studio
Two hundred pieces, one grey morning and a single light. The catalogue was laid out to work as a printed object and as a file the studio sends to galleries, with the photographs cropped once and reused everywhere.
Signage for a workshop building
Fourteen workshops, one entrance and no budget for a sign maker. The drawings were made to be painted by hand with a stencil, so tenants repaint their own doors when they change.
